Procurement Update

Several updates were recently made to the Procurement Services website, including: 

• ProCard Management Standards presentation
  The PowerPoint presentation and notes that were presented during the April/May 2006 Management Standards Training program.  The presentation includes information on ProCard rules, cardholder and approving official responsibilities and audits conducted by Procurement Services
  
• Scam Warnings
  Some common scams that affect universities including toner scams, phishing and check scams.
  
• Fiscal Year-End Information
  Important dates and information relating to the fiscal year-end has been posted to the calendar as well as a link to the Financial Affairs comprehensive year-end calendar.
  
• Moving Discounts for Personal Use
  Discounts relating to moving services for personal use have been added to the university discounts page.  Members of the university community can now utilize Allied and United moving services at discounted rates.
