All university Procards are set to expire this August 31st.   Pickups for new Procards will take place at the following times/locations:

Lincoln Park Campus	Loop Campus
Thursday, August 9, 2007 Student Center 220 9am – 3pm Tuesday, August 21, 2007 Student Center 220 9am – 2pm	Wednesday, August 8, 2007 CNA 19 th Floor – Procurement Services 9am – 4pm Thursday, August 16, 2007 CNA 19 th Floor – Procurement Services 9am – 4pm

In order to pickup your card; you must complete the agreement form with all signatures.  Please bring it with you when you come to one of the pickup locations.
