Office of University Real Estate The mission of the Office of University Real Estate is to support the operational and strategic goals of DePaul University by minimizing the capital costs of property acquisition, safeguarding and maximizing the return on property being held for future use, and forming alliances with the brokerage community to maximize the quality of services provided by brokers and their firms to DePaul. The office is located in the southwest corner of the 19th floor at 55 E. Jackson Blvd. and is open from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. If there is an emergency in a DePaul retail space, please contact Public Safety at (312) 362-8400 at the Loop Campus and (773) 325-7777 at the Lincoln Park Campus. Available Property Currently DePaul University does not have any vacant retail space available for lease.
