Financial Affairs



PeopleSoft Financials, including eProcurement and Accounts Payable, will be upgraded in mid-April 2016.  It is expected that the system will be unavailable to Budget Managers from Thursday, April 7th through Sunday, April 10th, with an anticipated “go-live” date of Monday, April 11th.  In addition to upgrading of the eProcurement and Accounts Payable modules, the Asset Manager, Commitment Control, General Ledger, Grants and Web Based Budgeting modules will also be upgraded.

While the look and feel of PeopleSoft 9.2 may be different, the general business process and security have not changed.  PeopleSoft 9.2 includes new navigation features to help users locate pages within the system, as well as user-specific customizations to enhance your experience.  These new features, as well as specific changes to the eProcurement and Accounts Payable modules, are all addressed in the training classes offered through Human Resources.


To register for training, please sign in to Campus Connect and go to: Main Menu >> Self Service >> Learning and Development >> Request Training Enrollment. You can search by Course Name, Course Number, Location, or Date.
